Secure quick cargo release You can open a client file for an entry whenever initial information about a shipment is available. Operators input this information and produce a CF-3461 or Border Alt-3461 for Immediate Delivery form. Full details about the shipment for an Entry Summary can be added piece-meal, whenever they are available, until complete.
